Return Policy

At Victory Road Vault TCG, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of collectible products, we maintain a strict no returns or exchanges policy once an order has been shipped.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

Change of mind

Condition disputes (unless significantly not as described)

Buyer error (e.g., incorrect item ordered)

Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.

2. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, we will offer:

A full refund, or

A replacement (if stock is available)

You must notify us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date if your package hasn’t arrived.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is: Significantly damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the packaging and product

A description of the issue

Your order number

We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.

4. Preorders

Preorders are non-refundable unless Victory Road Vault TCG cancels the item due to stock or distribution issues. Shipping dates are estimates and may be adjusted based on manufacturer or distributor delays.
