5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. Victory Road Vault TCG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are confirmed delivered.

6. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of collectible products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless a product is significantly not as described. If you believe you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at victoryroadvault.tcg@gmail.com.

Preorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer or distributor delays. Preorders are charged at the time of purchase and are refundable only in the event of cancellation by Victory Road Vault TCG.
