Welcome to Victory Road Vault TCG! We’re excited to deliver your favorite Pokémon products safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders and shipping.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

• You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• During high-volume periods (new product releases, holidays, etc.), order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

The shipping rates are as follows:

• 0lbs - 0.5lbs = $0.99

• 0.5lbs - 2.5lbs = $4.99

• 2.5lbs - And Greater = $10.99

• Free Shipping for orders over $50.00

Our primary carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

• Options may include First-Class, Priority Mail, or Ground services.

International Shipping:

​

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on location.

• Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Note: Some international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. All products, especially sealed boxes and singles, are shipped with appropriate protection (e.g., sleeves, toploaders, bubble wrap, boxes, or padded mailers).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through your account or the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

• We recommend choosing shipping options with insurance if you're concerned about your order's safety.
